At Castlemain we are committed to ensuring that the information we share is accessible to everyone, regardless of level of ability. We understand the importance of creating an inclusive online environment and are dedicated to continually improving the accessibility of our digital content.
We are excited to announce that in October 2024, we will be relaunching our website and social media accounts. The new website and accounts will be compliant with federal, provincial, and territorial accessibility legislation and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
We will audit our channels annually, and work to resolve new errors that may have been introduced within 8 weeks.
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to provide training and resources to our teams so we can achieve continued compliance across customer service, information and communication and physical spaces.
